Impressive matches played by Boys and Girls teams of Ludhiana

The three day Disrtict Basketball championships concluded at Guru Nanak Stadium with impressive matches played by Boys and Girls teams of Ludhiana district in U-17 and U-14 category. 40 teams turned up for the tournament which was first after lockdown relaxations. Girls of Guru Nanak Club ,Ludhiana were placed first in both the categories, while in boys DGSG,Shimlapuri Ludhiana remained winners in both the categories.
S Yurinder Singh Hayer (IPS) also a Sr Vice President of PBA distributed prizes to the winners in the presence of J P Singh,Balkar Barar VPs of PBA ,Teja Singh Dhaliwal Gen Sec PBA and members of DBA viz Vijay Chopra,Brij Goyal and Paramvir Bhogal. Mr Hayer appreciated the DBA members and honored coaches viz Davinder Dhindsa, Narinder Kumar,Ms Saloni and Ravinder Gill on the occasion. S Yurinder Hayer said that PBA will continue to promote the game with full zeal in Punjab.
